COL ® Reese Turner is a retired U.S. Army Colonel with over 31 years of distinguished service, having risen from Second Lieutenant to full Colonel. Throughout his military career, he held key leadership and command positions across the U.S. and overseas, including deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Haiti. His final military assignment was as Operations Support Division Chief at the U.S. Army Human Resources Command at Fort Knox, where he led a team responsible for the global assignment and talent management of over 90,000 enlisted Soldiers.
Following his military retirement, Reese transitioned into civilian leadership roles with a focus on operations, training, and wellness. He served as Vice President of Interapt Skills, where he directed high-impact technical training programs across Kentucky and Georgia for transitioning service members, veterans, and underserved communities. Reese then became Director of Operations at ProFormance Health & Well-Being, using his military leadership to support strategic growth and mentor staff in delivering top-tier personal training services.
Reese later led as the Director of Health & Wellness at VyFy Wellness Club, overseeing business operations, marketing, budgeting, and staff development while ensuring a premium member experience. He also served as a Health and Wellness Coach at F45 Training from 2019 to 2025, guiding clients through high-intensity team workouts focused on functional fitness, and has been a dedicated cycling coach with CycleBar since 2016.
Currently, Reese is the Regional Group Exercise Manager at Genesis Health Clubs in Louisville, Kentucky, where he oversees group fitness programming across three locations. In this role, he has successfully recruited and trained new instructors, developed innovative class offerings, and driven a 25% increase in member retention—all while fostering an inclusive, motivational fitness environment. Reese also serves the community through board roles with the Have A Heart Foundation and Special Olympics Kentucky, and as an advisor to Active Heroes of Kentucky
